My friend E's shower is next weekend. She's having a little girl - here's part of her gift, two t-shirts, already personalized for the little one to come. (Let's hope she doesn't read the blog!)

Today I started with several pieces of fabric - and cut them into 6 1/2 by 8 inch rectangles.

From one set of fabric, I created a tissue holder.

From another set, I created a luggage tag. The luggage tag still needs perfecting, but it's a start, right?

These washcloths were made for little e. I wanted to show them off, as you can't see them very well in her basket.

One of the dear families I know recently had a baby girl. I put together the following basket for her as a christening gift:


Inside are five onesies (personalized and embroidered with her name), two washcloths, a skirt, a book, and bubble bath.
